Ü>Dós is a modern Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) or weekend cabin that you can place anywhere, designed for maximum comfort.

If you can access the site with a truck, or a large barge, and a crane, UDos can be your home anywhere in the world.
The steel frame chassis adds natural light and a very direct connection to the outdoors allowing for glass windows throughout the space.
The living room, the kitchen, and the dining room, in addition to the galería, make an otherwise small space feel ample and welcoming.
The bedroom and its ensuite bathroom ensure that guests or renters will feel in their own, more secluded part of the home. Ü>Dós feels surprisingly large in spite of its size.

A much higher 'R' value
Architecdura walls meet the energy code requirements of very cold and hot climates, without adding additional insulation, while remaining structurally sound. Because the external and internal structure of a panel runs parallel to the EPS and is bonded to it, ATD panels eliminate thermal bridges by separating internal and external structures using expanded polystyrene, but at the same time creating a much stronger ensemble. This results in a much higher R-value.

Air infiltration, almost nil
In traditional structures (brick, traditional steel frame, and wooden balloon frame) air infiltration is also a problem: it is caused by gaps in the building envelope, frames, electrical chases and pipes. Air infiltration can reduce thermal efficiency up to 30%. Luckily, with a ATD wall, air infiltration is almost nil.

In Thermodynamics, Details Matter!
Our walls eliminate thermal bridges, while at the same time they create a much stronger ensemble. This results in a much higher ‘R-value. On top of this, every home comes with energy-efficient systems like ductless heat pump heating and cooling, voice-activated control on LED lighting and tankless water heaters, with high-performance insulation. Air filtration and energy recovery systems provide a continuous supply of fresh filtered tempered air throughout the home and reduce reliance on forced air systems.
