We turn architectural drawings into buildable modular kits.
Haüsa translates a studio's design into full manufacturing documentation — drawings, assembly instructions, and a detailed bill of materials — and then uses that BOM as the active starting point for procurement. Rather than a static inventory list, the BOM drives global sourcing: parts are specified to meet performance and compliance requirements, suppliers are evaluated for cost, quality, and lead time, and alternatives are qualified to optimize total project value.
Our procurement process negotiates bulk pricing, staggers orders to match production milestones, and monitors international logistics so materials arrive when needed. The result: predictable schedules, lower material costs, and parts that fit the design — all backed by our platform for real-time tracking and predictive maintenance. Everything you see on this site comes from real models we've built ourselves.
See how it’s done.
Great design and buildable design aren't the same drawing.
Most architecture studios have no in-house capacity to translate a design into a modular, manufacturable system — and most modular manufacturers and developers don't have the documentation depth to quote, finance, or build with confidence.
The gap between a design intent and a buildable kit of parts is usually filled by guesswork, late-stage redesign, or an estimate nobody fully trusts.
Haüsa exists to close that gap, with the same level of documentation rigor a manufacturer would build for its own product line.
From bill of materials to job site.
Haüsa not only prepares a detailed bill of materials (BOM), but can also act as an intermediary for procuring key components — SIP panels, windows and doors, MEP systems, and structural chassis. Leveraging established international trade relationships, we simplify the supply process: coordinating supplier negotiations, optimizing delivery schedules, handling certification and documentation, and assisting with import formalities and logistics. This reduces operational risk and removes the frictions studios or manufacturers often face when sourcing materials abroad on their own.
Our approach is consultative and transparent: we evaluate project requirements, recommend suitable components and quality levels, compare proposals, and present options that balance cost, lead times, and regulatory compliance. At the client’s request, we can manage the full cycle — from ordering to quality control at dispatch — or support your internal teams at specific stages of procurement.
This intermediary service is especially valuable for studios and manufacturers seeking faster time-to-market, lower administrative burden, and consistent supply quality without building their own international supplier network.

Whatever stage you're at — schematic, DD, even a floor plan — we take a first look at fit.
Decide how to proceed.
You choose what to adjust, if anything, before full documentation begins.
Full documentation.
We build the complete model and generate structural, MEP, and finish documentation — the same depth shown in section 3.
Handoff.
Your fabricator or GC receives a package built to be used, not interpreted. We stay on for revisions if buildability questions come up.
Feasibility study.
A fixed-fee, fast turnaround assessment: how your design maps to modular logic, what needs to flex, a rough cost band.
Two ways to work with us.
Feasibility Study
A fixed fee, fast turnaround. You get a clear modular breakdown of your design, what needs to change to fit a modular grid, and a rough cost band — before you commit to anything further.
Full Documentation Package
Priced per module, with a project minimum. Includes complete structural, MEP, and finish documentation, ready for fabrication or construction.
Sourcing & Procurement Support.
Includes detailed material sourcing with supplier quotes and vetted international vendors, plus end-to-end logistics coordination — presented as a seamless extension of the existing BOM. Priced per module with a project minimum; delivers complete structural, MEP, and finish documentation ready for fabrication or construction.
Who we're working with now.
We're currently taking on a small number of pilot studios as we expand this service — get in touch if your studio has a project that might be a fit.
Built by people who design buildings, not just document them.

Send us what you have — even early-stage. We'll tell you honestly whether modularization fits, and what it would take.
