Great design and buildable design aren't the same drawing.
Most architecture studios have no in-house capacity to translate a design into a modular, manufacturable system — and most modular manufacturers and developers don't have the documentation depth to quote, finance, or build with confidence.
The gap between a design intent and a buildable kit of parts is usually filled by guesswork, late-stage redesign, or an estimate nobody fully trusts.
Haüsa exists to close that gap, with the same level of documentation rigor a manufacturer would build for its own product line.
