With modular buildings, your home gets pre-built in a factory and is assembled on site. While we agree that homes are different in every way from office buildings, that doesn’t mean that their construction methodology and materials should be as backward as they currently are. Yet, even the more advanced housing operations are still using wood and baked clay in the form of bricks. That’s why our project management methods, logistics, and panels are made for home construction, not for glass office buildings or SIP warehouses where visible pipes are acceptable.
The Hausa system is pre-engineered in a controlled environment. Nothing is done on the field, everything is prefabricated inside a factory: panels come ready with openings for doors and windows. And we deliver the bathroom pods, doors, windows, cabinets, and more to the site.

Quick assembly reduces processes and labor in all stages. The calculations to the right were made assuming one is using stick frames: if, in turn, you use a system that already incorporates structure, insulation, sheathing and vapor barrier all in one, that cost goes even lower.
