the benefits of an end-to-end system.

Hausa intends to shorten the building cycle — cutting months into days — with a virtual-first approach that allows products to be designed, created, tested, customized, and photographed in 3D before the product is even manufactured, allowing collaboration among designers, developers, merchants, buyers, inventory planning, marketing, and product management. Architecture, modular construction, present-day materials, and Cloud computing.

We use building information modeling - or BIM - throughout the design process. This server-based technology helps us centralize all of our designs, to constantly improve our design methodology: the details, modules, components, objects that we use in our homes which also help us keep on top of the administrative aspects and all of the data associated with a project.
-
We use a single proprietary project management system which connects suppliers, employees and customers. By doing this, we can maintain a fully souped-up dashboard that allows people in finance, or operations, or at the shops around the world, to be on top of what's going to be needed and plan ahead on th

When you build under one roof, instead of under the elements of the sun and the rain, you can work every day in a normal fashion or not depending on the weather. This helps a lot in cutting down times and achieving efficiency at the same time. Materials don't get wet. Or bonding agents actually bond. Working in a controlled environment helps a lot.

Composite materials are the ones used in the airline, ship building and car manufacturing industries.
In our case we use expanded cementitious SIPS as the basis of our walls, mixed with light gauge steel studs which when bonded together make for a super sturdy, hurricane-resistant home.
-
Because the external and internal structure of our panels are bonded together, they eliminate thermal bridges by separating internal and external structures while at the same time they create a much stronger ensemble. This results in a much higher R value.

Architecdura hasn’t reinvented the wheel: it has made it better:)
By mixing stainless steel shipping container-sized chassis with composite SIPS and light gauge steel chassis, we have come up with light and transportable modules that cover most aspects of a building’s needs.
In essence, our tech is steel framing taken to the next level. If your country allows steel framing, it then allows Hausa buildings.
